1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the application and internal video management services provided by UFO Production Team ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are an authorized user and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Authorized Use & Eligibility

• Access to the Service is strictly restricted to designated members authorized by UFO Production Team.
• The Service is intended exclusively for authorized internal team operations and project workflows.
• You may not use the Service for personal commercial activities outside the scope of authorized team projects.
• Sublicensing, sharing, distributing, or transferring account credentials or access privileges to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Capabilities & Third-Party Integration

• The Service functions as a tool to streamline video uploading, management, and publishing workflows directly to YouTube.
• Uploaded content is stored and processed on YouTube’s platform in accordance with YouTube’s standard policies.
• All uploaded videos default to Private visibility upon initial upload.
• UFO Production Team does not maintain secondary file storage of your uploaded video content on external servers.

4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all uploaded media content complies with applicable copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and privacy regulations.
• Safeguarding your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account.
• Immediately notifying UFO Production Team at lecongdai9999@gmail.com upon discovering any security breach or unauthorized usage.
• Complying with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or abusive.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the integrity and security of the Service.
• Share or expose internal access tools to unauthorized individuals or external networks.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over the original content you submit through the Service.
• UFO Production Team retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the application software, design, and internal infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. UFO Production Team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
